Delivery Timelines

• Metros & Major Cities: 10 to 12 business days.

• Rest of India: 10 to 15 business days.

Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on all orders above a specific value threshold (as displayed at checkout).

• For orders below this threshold, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated and applied at checkout.

Tracking and Lost Shipments

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

• Andamen partners with reputed courier services. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
